CONFIRMATION
Confirmation is a special and important step in the faith journey of our young people. It is an opportunity for them to grow closer to Christ, deepen their understanding of their faith and become more fully involved in the life of our parish community.
Our children will be supported throughout their Confirmation journey by our Sacramental Team, who are there to guide and assist them and their families throughout the preparation and celebration.
On the day of Confirmation, children are welcome to wear a nice, respectful outfit of their choice. Each child will receive a red Confirmation sash, which they will wear over their outfit as part of the celebration.
When you arrive at the church, please look for your child's name on the end of the pew. Children are generally seated in alphabetical order. On their allocated pew, each child will have their red sash and their signed Confirmation certificate ready.
We warmly welcome families to journey together with their children as they prepare for Confirmation and to support them as they continue to grow in faith, hope and love. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with your family and sharing in this important moment in your child's faith journey.
